Über das Buch |
Das Zentrum für Soziale Innovation/ZSI setzt Forschung, Bildung und
Beratung dazu ein, bestehende Lücken zwischen sozialen Bedürfnissen
und Potentialen der Informationsgesellschaft zu schließen. Durch systematische
Verbindung sozialwissenschaftlicher Grundlagen und Anwendungsorientierung
erfüllt das ZSI eine fach- und sektorenübergreifende Schnittstellenfunktion.
Daraus ergeben sich Beiträge zu allgemein relevanten sozioökonomischen
und forschungspolitischen Zielen:
– Unterstützung einer sozial, ökologisch und ökonomisch nachhaltigen
Entwicklung der Gesellschaft.
– Förderung der sozialen, kulturellen und wirtschaftlichen Integration
Europas durch wissenschaftliche Studien sowie praktische Umsetzungsprojekte.
– Mitwirkung an der Vorbereitung und Implementierung des Europäischen
Forschungsraums (EFR).
– Ausbau von Infrastrukturen, Leistungsfähigkeit und der Internationalisierung
der Sozialwissenschaften. |

About the book

The CSI uses research, education and consulting to fill in the existing
gaps between social needs and potentials in the Information Society. Through
connecting systematically the scientific basics and an orientation on
application the CSI fulfills a function as an interface beyond subjects
and sectors. Contributions to generally relevant socio-economic and research
political objectives arise thereby:
– to support a socially, ecologically and economically sustainable development
of society
– to foster/support the social, cultural and economic integration in Europe
through scientific studies as well as projects with practical application/transformation
– to participate in the preparation and implementation of the EFR
– to develop/enlarge infrastructures, efficiency/capability and internationalisation
of the social sciences. |
