Das Buch beinhaltet Forschungs- und Entwicklungsergebnisse
eines im Leonardo da Vinci-Programm durchgeführten
Pilotprojektes:
Vor dem Hintergrund der in Betrieben bislang parallel
geführten Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagementsysteme
wurden in einem Konsortium von ForscherInnen aus Italien,
Frankreich und Österreich Ansätze für
integrierte Managementstrukturen untersucht. Recherchen
zu bestehenden Bildungsangeboten und Fragebogenerhebungen
in Betrieben belegen den Trend zur Integration der drei
Managementsysteme und skizzieren das neue Berufsprofil.
Zusätzliche Fallstudien von Betrieben mit bereits
integrierten Managementsystemen und Erfahrungsberichte
von Bildungsträgern im untersuchten Sektor dienten
schließlich der Entwicklung von Curriculumvorschlägen
für die Aus- und Weiterbildung des „integrierten
Managers“ und „integrierten Konsulenten“.

The book contains the results of a pilot project
carried out within the Leonardo da Vinci programme:
Against the background of safety, quality and environment
management systems that are operated side by side
in companies, a consortium of researchers from Italy,
France and Austria discussed approaches and structures
of integrated management systems. Enquiries about
current training offers and questionnaires in companies
illustrate the trend towards the integration of the
three management systems and further outline the new
occupational profile. Additional case-studies in companies
with already integrated management systems and chosen
models of good practice of training profiles in the
researched field were used to come up with suggested
curricula for the particular training needs of „integrated
manager“ and „integrated consultant“.
